Granola Bars - 146 Cal/Oz

Here is a simple, high calorie treat to eat on the trail. I have made this recipe twice, with much success.

* Preheat Oven to 375 Degrees
* coat 9×13 with non-stick spray

Ingredients:

  • * 2 oz. Almonds
  • * 2 oz. Soy Nuts
  • * 2 0z. Sunflower Seeds

Instructions:

  • * Chop nuts and seeds in blender till pea sized
  • * combine oats, spices, in large bowl

Rating: ★★★☆☆
